5 bags of Green Tea (you can use any tea of your choice) 500ml Hot water 5 tbsp Sugar
- In a large jar, prep 5 tea bags.
- Add in hot water and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolved.
- Let it cool down overnight.
- Sieve the cooled tea into the preserving jar with scoby.
- Cover lid with kitchen towel (or tea towel/muslin towel) and rubberband.
- Let it ferment for at least 2 weeks.
- Sieve into a glass bottle and keep in fridge. Enjoy it cold!
