Banana Loaf


Time : 40 mins

INGREDIENTS – A (DRY)
230gm  All purpose Flour
200gm  caster sugar (Optional to reduce to 150gms if you don’t want it too sweet)
1 tsb      baking powder
1/4 tsp   baking soda
1/4 tsp   salt
110gm    Nuts / Chocolate chip                 (optional – coat with tsb flour before mixing into the batter)

INGREDIENTS – B (WET)
2            large eggs (Grade A)
113gm  melted butter – cooled
1 tsb      vanilla Extract
3            large bananas (Meshed)


METHOD
1.Mix A in a bowl
2.Mix B in another bowl
3. Add A to B and mix well. Don’t overmix else hard.

4. Add in nuts/chocolate chip and fold. Pour into buttered loaf tin.

5. Bake for 25 – 30mins (180C)
